My World

After our first conversation, you should be curious about the world I referred to as “my world.” I'll tell you a little more about him.

Azeroth

Azeroth is a WONDERFUL place! A rocky planet, with a large ocean, home to countless intelligent species, as well as countless not-so-intelligent ones.

A world that, however, lives in the pain of a constant conflict between Horde and Alliance. But many believe that this conflict is an inseparable part of this world and its beings. I know you are, unfortunately, familiar with this. It's the same with Earth, isn't it? Different cultures living in conflict. A shame!

Azeroth is multidimensional. That is, several dimensions coexist, even though they are at different times in your timeline. It's complex, but that's how it is. You'll get used to it; I know you will! The dimension in which I live is called Warmane - Onyxia, and it was there that I lived the experiences I share. At least most of them.

Mulgore

I am a Tauren, a humanoid species with bovine ancestry, certainly ancestral to your Greek minotaur. We are great (even in size), wise, and powerful. I was born in a small village in Mulgore called Bloodhoof, near Thunder Bluff, the capital of the Taurens.

The village is very calm and picturesque, the typical environment that encourages me to tell stories to the little ones and adults willing to listen. Docile animals graze the green fields around the village, and even between the tents, which are very spacious and made of leather-covered wooden structures. The soft and refreshing breeze carries to us the unmistakable smell of the flowers and fruits common to those plains. It also brings the sound of kodos freely koding. They are very docile creatures and excellent mounts: large, strong and walk almost without bumps. A knight can travel for days in comfort over a kodo, while still carrying a good amount of luggage.

My favorite place in Mulgore: a shade of pine trees just across the bridge from the lakeside village. From there, I can contemplate the village and fish. It's so relaxing!

We Taurens have a strong tendency to heed the calls of the ancient spirit shamans and druids, as well as develop skills with herbs and alchemy. But we also have great warriors, blacksmiths, seamstresses, whatever you need, I'm sure you'll find in Thunder Bluff (I don't even know why Orgrimmar is busier).

I was a herbalist and alchemist in my youth, I left herbalism to learn more about item enchantment, but I confess the enormous love I maintain for plants. This helps me with alchemy, which I maintain to this day, because by better understanding the essence and nature of plants, I can discover new elixirs and potions.

On Azeroth, as on Earth, there are also humans. They are part of the scum of the Alliance, but there are. On the side of the Horde, where I am, we have the Forsaken; humans who have been contaminated by the plague and have become undead. Over time you will become familiar with them and all the other races we live with.

Azeroth is also full of magic. Arcane energy circulates everywhere, sometimes even materializes and becomes visible to the naked eye. Different schools of magic work hard to deepen their knowledge and maintain the balance indispensable to everyone's survival. This balance was also once threatened by external factors, so powerful that they made Horde and Alliance work together. But I'll tell you that another day.

Well, I think by now you already have a great idea of Azeroth, my world. In the stories that will follow, we will explore this world in search of adventures, we will meet people and places, we will learn rituals and customs.
